   Irving Steiger Cooper

(1882-1935). An active worker for the Theosophical Society (TS), was born March 16, 1882, in California U.S. He was for many years secretary to Charles W. LEADBEATER in India and Australia. He was ordained a priest in the LIBERAL CATHOLIC CHURCH in 1918 and in July 1919 was consecrated Regionary Bishop in US. In 1922 he established St. Albans Pro-Cathedral in Los Angeles. Cooper married Susan L. Warfield in 1927. He died January 1935.
