Muslim League

A theosophical organization started in 1923 to disseminate knowledge of Islam and Sūfīsm to both Hindus and Muslims in many parts of India. It was headed by H. C. Kumar, a Hindu, and was formally called the TS Muslim League. It is not to be confused with the political movement of the same name started in 1906 by Aga Khan III and which, under the leadership of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, led in 1947 to the separation of Pakistan from India.
