Siddha

A Sanskrit term, (from the root sidh, “succeed”) meaning “succeeded,” “completed,” “perfected,” etc. It is sometimes used as a synonym for sādhu, “holy man,” “saint,” etc. In Jainism it is the final one of the sixfold stages in spiritual evolution. Siddhas are those who are free from the Causal Plane and all effects of karma. In that state they are at the pinnacle of evolution and dwell in unlimited bliss from which state there can be no fall.
